Grace Church, Massies Mill gathers for worship each Sunday at 11:15 followed by a light coffee hour.  As of July 28th 2021, we are requiring masks covering nose and mouth for all attendees of indoor worship, in keeping with latest CDC Guidance.

Additionally, Grace and St. Mark’s, Clifford are collaborating to offer services by Zoom each Sunday morning at 9:30 AM. Learn how to join the Zoom offerings by following this link.

Our fellowship and short service known as “Wednesday Night Live” takes place each week at 7 PM, also by Zoom.  This is a time to visit with members of both churches online, talk about whatever is on our minds, and end with a simple Compline service from the Book of Common Prayer.

Grace Church has resumed its regular Sunday worship schedule with a service at 11:15 AM.   For most services we follow Rite II in the Book of Common Prayer, including Eucharist.  During Advent and Lent and other holy times, we use Rite I in the Book of Common Prayer or services from other Anglican Prayer Books.

During Holy Week there is usually a Seder supper and Maundy Thursday service, as well as Stations of the Cross, and Tenebrae.   There is usually a “Blessing of the Animals” service in the fall around the time of St Francis’ Saints Day.  (Grace Church is “dog friendly” and several parishioners bring their well-behaved dogs to church.)

We love to sing, so we sing the Gloria, often chant the Psalm, and use a sung version of the Creed.  In addition to The Hymnal, we use Lift Every Voice and Sing and Wonder, Love, and Praise.

At this time, congregational singing is suspended. We are grateful to our choristers for providing us with music until it is considered safe to resume congregational singing.
